About the landlord

The landlords are 2 young Amsterdam natives, who where given the opportunity to transform the 3rd floor of the building into flex desks for talented and ambitious freelancers and entrepreneurs. The landlords value personal and business growth, which is why this is a key element during the monthly courses that are offered including a social get-together. There are currently 22 young entrepreneurs working here and the atmosphere is informal, with everyone welcoming new ideas and collaborations.

Office space

This building, listed as a monument, dates back to 1957 and used to be a monastery. Today, it houses several cultural institutions but also a small bakery. On the floor that is for rent, in addition to the meeting rooms, there is also been created an open space where you can rent a desk among ambitious marketeers, creative designers and other professionals.

The workspot

In order to facilitate your personal and business growth, the landlords offer comprehensive workplaces. Consider, for example, the extended opening hours between 9 am and 7 pm. If you desire it is possible to come to an agreement to work on the weekends. You can have lunch here everyday, against a small fee, and throughout the day you can grab a cup of coffee or tea.

These activities are not mandatory but please feel free to join in. This office building enjoys an extraordinary location, with the Beatrix Park functioning as our backyard and the Zuidas around the corner. There are parking spaces in the area or near the RAI convention centre. The RAI convention centre is located within ten minutes walking distance from the office building.
