This wonderful office situated in the centre of town, is located close to the bustling Leidseplein. It is a currently already home to a few businesses, including an online marketer, a training agency and a web shop. We offer great spaces, which can be decorated according to one’s own wishes. However, we can also decorate it for you, if you so desire. The building has a private back garden featuring picnic tables and a conference room, available free of charge.

Facilities

If you rent a hot desk or office space with us, you are welcome to use all of the facilities. There are 2 pantries: one upstairs and a smaller one downstairs. Both include an instant hot water tap, electric kettle, microwave, coffee machine and refrigerator. The pantry on the top floor also includes a dishwasher. Additionally you are welcome to use the conference room, free of charge. You can book this space with the help of the online calendar.

Area

The office building is located in the centre of Amsterdam. As a result, you will find many different café’s, restaurants and shops nearby. Whether you are looking for some quick food shopping at Albert Heijn supermarket, a brief workout at Basic Fit or needing a new outfit at Beversport: everything is located nearby. The Vondelpark is located within 3 minutes walking distance and is a great place to catch some fresh air, go for a walk or a bike ride during your lunch break.

Accessibility

The building is very easy to reach, considering its location in the centre. Lots of trams and buses stop off at the Leidseplein. Parking, either on the public road or in one of the several covered car parks in the neighbourhood, is not a problem.

Facilities provided are:
Free use of the meeting rooms and a separate postadress.

It excludes the fee for usage (power, internet, water and cleaning).
This will cost you a total of 7,50 per month extra.

The initial rental period is 6 months and will be extended by 6 months if the agreement is not cancelled 2 months before expiration.

Relaxed atmosphere

Every day a shared, healthy lunch is prepared and served in the public lunch area. You are welcome to join in and can sign up for lunch every day in the morning. For 4,75 euro you will be treated to fresh salads, homemade soup, salmon/tuna wraps, etc. Tasty and enjoyable! It is a nice way to get to know the other entrepreneurs. Downstairs there is plenty of space to have lunch and if the weather is any good we head outside to the picnic table in the back garden! We enjoy having drinks on Friday afternoon and once a month we organise an evening with a workshop and social get-together about a specific, topical theme including an inspiring speaker. You are welcome to invite other entrepreneurs to join in.

In our office in Amsterdam Centrum we have one unshared office space for rent.
